- If you are porting your number you will need to complete the Giggle Fiber LOA form (Attached to your Order Confirmation email) and return it to us at least 7 days prior to your installation, otherwise, Giggle Fiber will not be able to transfer your phone number.
- Your package includes Free Standard Installation as described in your Order Confirmation. Should you require additional installation work to be performed, Giggle Fiber reserves the right to charge additional installation fees based on our current hourly rate.
- To prevent interruption of services, or loss of your phone number, please do not cancel or modify your existing services until after your installation has been completed.
- Your first month’s bill may be higher than your regular monthly bill because it will include charges for a partial month of service in addition to any full month’s charges.
- International calling is limited to only those destinations in our calling plan. A list of those eligible calling destinations is located on our website.
- Customer must provide their own WiFi router.
- Phone handsets are the responsibility of the customer.
- Prices are subject to change at any time.
- There is no charge for the equipment as long as it is returned immediately upon disconnection of service.
